Borg Digital Marketing specializes in the following services:

• Website design and development

• Search engine optimization (SEO)

• Digital marketing campaigns (including social media management, PPC advertising, etc.)

• Website hosting and maintenance

• Branding and graphic design

• All prices and project quotes are subject to change based on project requirements and will be communicated before the work begins.

• A 50% deposit is required before the commencement of any project unless otherwise stated.

• The remaining balance is payable upon project completion or in staged payments as agreed in the proposal.

• Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.

• Failure to make payments as outlined may result in work being paused or terminated.

• The client must provide all necessary content, materials, and feedback to Borg Digital Marketing in a timely manner to facilitate project completion.

• The client is responsible for ensuring all content provided complies with copyright laws and is free from third-party infringement.

• Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the website and any other deliverables provided, except where third-party tools or proprietary software are involved.

• Borg Digital Marketing retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Borg Digital Marketing offers website hosting and maintenance services. Clients may also choose their own hosting provider.

• We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or security breaches occurring on third-party hosting services.

• We offer a maximum of 6 rounds of revisions within the scope of the initial agreement.

• Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed-upon scope will incur additional charges.

• Either party may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice.

• If the client cancels the project before completion, a refund may be granted at Borg Digital Marketing's discretion, minus any work already completed.

• No refunds will be issued for completed work or services already rendered.

• Borg Digital Marketing is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using our services or the websites we build.

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

• Borg Digital Marketing reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any part of these Terms or engages in any illegal, unethical, or abusive practices.

• Any outstanding invoices will be immediately payable upon termination.

Borg Digital Marketing agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not share it with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
